Recently, employees of Thom Child and Family Services were invited to apply for continuing education reimbursement to support professional development. Over 150 Thom employees were granted a Thom Academy award. Awardees have been excited for the opportunity to engage in professional development opportunities in a variety of different areas. Clinical, administrative, and leadership staff applied for a wide variety of training opportunities, which are represented in the word cloud image.
