Thom Anne Sullivan Center Welcomes New Program Director
We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Migdalia Rivera Flores as the new Program Director of The Thom Anne Sullivan Center in Lowell. With a wealth of experience in Early Intervention (EI) and a passion for collaborative leadership, Migdalia brings a dynamic energy to our team.
A strong advocate for continuous learning, Migdalia describes herself as a curious learner. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration and integrating the perspectives of staff members into management decisions to ensure a holistic approach. Migdalia is also committed to working with community partners to meet the needs of families effectively.
With a background in nursing, Migdalia brings a unique perspective to her role, coupled with progressive growth and leadership in EI, including change management. Her communication and interpersonal skills have been instrumental in her professional successes and are well-aligned with the priorities identified by the Thom Anne Sullivan Center staff.
