Effective operations keep our services strong, and Amy Perodeau has been a key driver of efficiency since joining Thom Westfield Infant Toddler Services as Office Administrator in 2023. From the start, Amy has stepped up to manage complex data systems, successfully refining and improving our monthly Quality and Indicator Reports required by the MA Department of Public Health (DPH).
In recognition of her skill and leadership, Amy was recently promoted to Program Operations Manager. In this role, she oversees day-to-day office administration, manages electronic health record updates, directs billing and insurance processes, and assists clinical staff with documentation accuracy. We are excited to celebrate Amy’s promotion and grateful for everything she does to keep our team running smoothly.
