Thom Child and Family Services is proud to celebrate Anne Marsh for her outstanding leadership and lasting contributions to the Early Intervention field in Massachusetts.
Over the past two years, Anne served as President of the Massachusetts Early Intervention Consortium (MEIC), where she brought creativity, thoughtfulness, and strategic insight to her leadership. Under her guidance, MEIC made significant strides in advancing advocacy efforts on behalf of providers, families, and children statewide. Most notably, Anne played a central role in securing a historic rate increase for Early Intervention programs — a long-awaited and critical investment in the future of our services.
In addition to her leadership at MEIC, Anne serves as the Program Director of Thom Mystic Valley Early Intervention in Woburn. She brings the same dedication and vision to her role at Thom, and we are fortunate to benefit from her deep expertise and unwavering commitment.
Though Anne’s term as President has concluded, we are thrilled that she will continue to serve on the MEIC Board as President Emeritus. We are deeply grateful for her ongoing contributions to Thom and to the broader Early Intervention community.
Thank you, Anne, for your leadership, advocacy, and service.
