This year marked a milestone for Thom Westfield Infant Toddler Services (WITS): Karen Wilson-Mickey celebrated her 30th anniversary with our organization! Since joining the Thom WITS team in 1996 as a Developmental Specialist, Karen has supported hundreds of children and families with her gentle, dedicated, and compassionate approach. Her extensive knowledge and experience provide comfort and reassurance to parents, particularly those working through challenging behaviors or establishing healthy sleep routines. We are deeply grateful for Karen’s three decades of exceptional care and proud to have her on our team!
