Thom Child and Family Services is delighted to announce that Allison Henry has been selected as the Program Director of Thom Springfield Infant Toddler Services Early Intervention. It is an honor to welcome a leader who has dedicated her entire career to improving the lives of children, families, and the educators and clinicians who support them.
Whether advancing strategic initiatives with the Social Emotional Learning Providers Association or developing widely used, child-centered emotional wellness resources for families and schools, Allison has consistently brought a remarkable blend of compassion, insight, and innovation to her work. She is a respected and thoughtful leader whose contributions have strengthened supports for young children across communities.
Allison’s early career in early intervention, including her time as a home visiting clinician supporting families with developmental needs, laid the foundation for her deep understanding of child development as well as the importance of family-centered and community-based care. Now, with genuine excitement about returning to the field of early intervention, she brings not only exceptional expertise but also a heartfelt commitment to supporting families and the dedicated staff who make this work possible.
We are grateful for all that Allison brings to Thom and are thrilled to welcome her to our organization.
