Jeannie Boudreau, LICSW and Team Supervisor at Thom Pentucket Early Intervention, recently shared her expertise in supporting families around behavioral challenges with others throughout the state. Jeannie presented her training, “From Terrible to Terrific Twos: Talking with Parents about Toddler Behavior” at the annual MEIC conference. Toddler behavior can be a source of great stress for families, but Jeannie took this daunting topic and made it approachable and even fun! She explained the “why” of toddler behavior, explored common behavioral challenges, and shared a variety of strategies that could be used when these challenges arise – all infused with Jeannie’s positive energy and great sense of humor. Over 200 people attended the training and Jeannie received great feedback. One individual even suggested that she should write a book!
