Thom Springfield Infant Toddler Services (SITS) was out in the community this past weekend, bringing a whole lot of fun to a beloved local tradition. On Saturday, May 16, our team proudly participated in The World’s Largest Pancake Breakfast, connecting with families and neighbors from across the area.
The massive annual event brought together thousands of people for a morning filled with delicious breakfast, live music, vibrant entertainment, and a showcase of wonderful community resources.
While the pancakes were the main event, the SITS booth was the go-to spot for the youngest attendees.
Highlights from our booth included:
- Interactive Toddler Games: Tailored activities that kept little hands busy and big smiles flowing.
- Community Connections: A chance for parents and caregivers to chat with our staff and learn more about SITS resources.
- The Ultimate Storytime Raffle: One lucky family walked away with a specially curated “If You Give a Pig a Pancake” gift basket, inspired by the classic children’s book.
We had a wonderful time celebrating with our community and seeing so many familiar and new faces. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to play, chat, and support our mission. We already can’t wait for next year.
