The Thom Springfield Infant Toddler Services team recently came together for a special staff meeting and celebration to officially welcome our new Program Director, Allison Henry.
It was a wonderful opportunity for our staff to step away from their daily routines, connect with leadership, and get to know Allison on a more personal level. The event was focused on building community within our team and looking forward to the exciting path ahead for our program.
Adding a special touch to the gathering, we were delighted to have Vessel Coffee’s mobile cart on-site. The team enjoyed a variety of delicious seasonal beverages, bringing a layer of warmth and hospitality to the event. There is nothing quite like great coffee and conversation to bring a team together.
