Thom Anne Sullivan Center Team Leader Earns Master of Social Work Degree

Lyndsay Kilgour, a team leader at Thom Anne Sullivan Center (ASC), has just completed her Master of Social Work degree from Salem State University.  Motivated by the exceptional clinicians she has worked with over the years and inspired by the desire to create a better future for her children, Lyndsay decided to pursue this degree in the fall of 2021.  From January 2022 to December 2024, Lyndsay balanced a full-time position with the ASC while attending Salem State’s Saturday Cohort.  During this time, she completed two field placements through Thom, including a nine-month placement with the Early Intervention Parenting Partnership Program, where she helped implement their new digital database.

Lyndsay will walk at graduation in May 2025 and plans to sit for the licensing exam this winter.  Congratulations, Lyndsay!
