Honoring Decades of Dedication at Thom Springfield Infant Toddler Services

This summer, Thom Springfield Infant Toddler Services is celebrating the remarkable careers of two cornerstone members of its team: Judy Foley, RN, and Ruth Rivera, RN.

Judy Foley celebrated the incredible milestone of 25 years of dedicated service, all with Thom Springfield Infant Toddler Services.  As a skilled intake specialist, she is known for her calm, compassionate presence and her expertise in supporting children with complex medical needs.  Valued for her deep knowledge and professionalism, Judy is a trusted medical resource for her colleagues and is also the longest-serving employee at the program.

With over 30 years of experience in Early Intervention, Ruth Rivera is a bilingual Registered Nurse at Thom Springfield Infant Toddler Services.  She is an invaluable advocate for Spanish-speaking families and is known as the team’s go-to expert for connecting people with vital community resources.  A former leader of the Early Intervention Partnership Program (EIPP) for expecting mothers, Ruth is also certified in infant massage to help strengthen family bonding and development.

Thom Springfield Infant Toddler Services is profoundly grateful for their decades of service and the lasting legacy of care they have built within the community.
