Woburn: Thom Mystic Valley Welcomes Student Interns

Thom Mystic Valley continues to support the education of a new generation of Early Intervention Specialists through internship collaborations with many New England colleges and universities.  This year we welcomed interns from Northeastern University, Tufts University, Salem State College and Emerson College.  These interns will join the growing number of graduates from a wide variety of disciplines who have spent a period of time at Thom Mystic Valley.  The interns gain hands on experience with the family centered Early Intervention approach under the tutelage of experienced clinicians.  At the same time, our program gains from the enthusiasm of these budding professionals and the ideas they share relating to current research and philosophies being discussed at educational establishments about working with infants, young children and their families.
